I have been a licensed Realtor, Investment Coach, and Owner/ Principal Broker of Enterprise Property Management and EPM Real Estate since 2001. I have enjoyed working with buyers, sellers and investors in both retail and investment markets. Although I have focused about half of my efforts on assisting real estate investors with property acquisition, liquidation and management support, I like working with retail buyers and sellers, as well. A fun aspect of representing investor sellers in today's market is the transitioning of investment or rental properties into nicely remodeled, move-in ready homes for owner occupant buyers. We assist homeowners with remodels and rehabs, which makes their job easier, too! Most of our contractors have worked with us for more than 10 years and some of them for over 20 years! Providing this service helps my sellers fully realize the equity that has been building into these properties during their ownership. When investors want use a 1031 Exchange to sell properties and move that equity into packages of several properties, we have a team of 1031 Exchange experts waiting to help, including licensed 1031 Exchange agents. Although I've spent since 2001 overseeing an Investment Real Estate Brokerage, I am comfortable representing buyers and sellers of all kinds! Our eXp Realty branded national property research and marketing tools along with many other applications have focused my work and made brokerage organization more efficient and effective. My wife Alyssa Ivey and I focus on each client as if they are our only client, and she and I love being a sales, construction and management team! Alyssa Ivey is a blessing and honor to work with! She is a phenomenal Realtor and client advocate! She thinks outside of the box to provide quick solutions for her clients, regardless of the size of the transaction!
